Since 2009, BTESA holds a quality certificate in the management of R&D&I according to UNE 166002 standard, for Research, Development and Innovation in the areas of Electronic and telecommunications technologies and Solid State Power Amplifiers for Particle accelerators, Nuclear fusion and Medical equipment

As part of the continuous improvement in the organization, the Environmental Management system (ISO 140001 based) was integrated in 2020. With this it aims to achieve better sustainable development, compliance with environmental legislation, proper waste management, environmental awareness, and pollution prevention.
An Integrated Quality, Environmental Management and R&D Policy is established as a reference framework for defining the company’s objectives and as a statement of the principles to which BTESA is committed, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and supporting sustainable and responsible business performance.
