BTESA Quality procedures are certified according to ISO 9001 standard since 1.999.
Since 2009, BTESA has maintained a certified Innovation management system, initially in accordance with the UNE 16602 standard, which transitioned to the international ISO 56001 standard in 2024. The system is focused on Research, Development, and Innovation activities in three main areas: (1) Electronic and telecommunications technologies; (2) Instrumentation Technology (Scientific Apparatus), Solid-state power amplifiers for Particle accelerators, Nuclear fusion, and Medical equipment (ISM); and (3) Computer technologies applied to IoT (Internet of Things) solutions.
BTESA also has been recognized as an Innovative SME since 2.018
As part of the continuous improvement in the organization, the Environmental Management system (ISO 140001 based) was integrated in 2020. With this it aims to achieve better sustainable development, compliance with environmental legislation, proper waste management, environmental awareness, and pollution prevention.
BTESA has established an Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Innovation Policy as a guiding framework for setting the company’s objectives and as a declaration of the principles to which it is committed. This policy ensures compliance with applicable requirements while promoting sustainable and responsible business performance.
