Project Description
Manufacture and supply of 250 power supplies for the superconducting magnets of the European X-Ray Free Electron Laser. Pre-series (20 units) + final series (230 units) including:
- Manufacturing of the power supplies boards, cablings and mechanics. Assembling the control board.
- Quality control and traceability according to the customer Quality assurance plan.
- Testing: insulation and grounding, leakage current, performance, quench protection, efficiency, thermal stability, Dynamic behavior
One year after successfully completing this project, BTESA has been awarded with 40 more units
