High-power Solid-State Amplifiers presented at IPAC conference

From May 18 to 21, in Deauville, France, BTESA is presenting its cutting-edge high-power SSAs developed for leading scientific laboratories and particle accelerator facilities worldwide.  

BTESA is currently executing a wide range of SSA projects, including: 

• 4x 20kW c.w. at 1500MHz for ALBA synchrotron 

• 6x 100kW pulsed power at 101MHz for CERN’s REX-ISOLDE 

• 11x 100kW pulsed power at 750MHz for Protontherapy applications 

• 8x 200kW c.w. at 175MHz for IFMIF’s LIPAc with traditional combination 

• 200kW c.w. at 175MHz for IFMIF’s DONES with cavity combiner 

• 4kW at 704MHz for GSI Helmholtz
